TERMS AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

★ All commissions are for personal use only.★ I may upload the commissioned piece to my art accounts.★ You may not change my completed piece in any way, shape or form.★ Your commission may take a long time to complete, so please tell me in advance about any deadlines you may have.★ Mass production of any personal commission is prohibited. Individual prints and gifts are okay within a limited amount (max. 5 pieces).★ Within 1-2 weeks after I accept your order I'll send you a sketch of the requested piece for you to approve.REVISIONS★ Revisions are only available during the sketch phase.Once sketches are approved, no further changes will be made unless due to an error on my part. Mistakes I make will always be corrected at no cost.★The final review is intended for minor adjustments only: small tweaks, color adjustments, or tiny details. This includes, but is not limited to, displaying, promoting, or sharing the work-in-progress or final pieces on my website, social media, portfolio, public broadcast channels (like Twitch), and other platforms.• I reserve the right to decline any requests involving the resale of commissioned work.CLIENT RIGHTS• You receive exclusive, non-transferable usage rights for your commissioned work for personal use.• Personal use includes: displaying the work on social media accounts for promotional purposes without direct monetization (profile pictures, banners, posts), printing and framing for personal enjoyment, and incorporating the work into designs on websites.• You must not claim the work as your own and should credit me using my social tag/username/link whenever the work is displayed, or permanently on websites, social media profiles, broadcast channels, and similar platforms.• Temporary embargo / private use: if you request that your commissioned work not be shared publicly for a limited time (for example, debut streams, seasonal content or surprise reveals), I will honor this request. After the agreed period, I retain the right to include the work in my portfolio or showcase it publicly.• You must not edit or modify the commissioned work without prior permission.• If you are a Vtuber and if you rebrand your channel or persona and wish to sell your designs alongside the work I created, you may do so, but you cannot make a profit exceeding the original price of my work.
